Auburn Rose Way Emerging Leaders Program - March 2024

The Janet Prindle Center for Prophetic Leadership at Auburn Theological Seminary in New York City.

All costs (program, travel, lodging, and meals during the program) for those selected to participate in this inaugural cohort will be paid for by Auburn Theological Seminary.

Anyone between the ages of 18 and 35 may apply for selection into this inaugural cohort.

We seek a broadly diverse group of faith-formed and faith-curious individuals who are committed to: engaging across a broad range of differences (religious, political, societal, and other); acquiring approaches, skills, and habits that support deep-to-deep conversation across differences and conflict transformation, drawing on the wisdom of our faith traditions; and applying the methodologies in their own leadership contexts after the program.

Complete the application form and four questions with short, up to 300 word, responses that reflect your interest and experience.

Applications are due by February 23; selected applicants will be notified on February 28.

This is a selective program that aims to compose a diverse and committed cohort.
